Your responsibility

• You attentively receive customer concerns on the telephone
• You process written customer inquiries and emails carefully and error-free
• With us, you can participate in various mandates
• Working hours from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 21:00 and on Saturday between 08:00 to 18:00 (8.4 hours per day shift)

Your profile

• You conduct telephone consultations in German as well as French and/or Italian
• You speak and/or understand Swiss German
• Contact with people gives you pleasure and you convince through your empathetic and service-oriented manner
• For the employment, an impeccable criminal record and debt enforcement register extract is required
• Good PC skills are a basic requirement
• Experience in customer service and in the banking sector is an advantage
• You are looking for a hybrid working model in which you can work mostly from home
