We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 151’600 to CHF 176’600 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may be slightly below or above the range.

• You will take over the leadership of the newly created Performance Management team and develop a team from different professional disciplines that grows together, takes responsibility, and pursues common goals.
• In addition, together with your team, you will ensure that decisions are based on a coordinated view of volumes, personnel, and quality. This allows you to recognize conflicts of interest early and develop solutions with sustainable benefits for the entire organization.
• You will actively shape the strategic further development of Performance Management. In doing so, you will develop future visions and strategies, accompany projects, and create the prerequisites so that new ideas can have an impact.
• You will position your team as a valued point of contact for questions regarding Performance Management. To do this, you will work with a wide variety of people, build strong partnerships with operations, process management, finance, IT, and other stakeholders, and successfully drive topics forward.
• As a member of the Planning and Control management team, you will also work closely with the other team leaders and help shape the further development of the entire department.
