Background:

As a System Process Specialist (SPS) in the Site Service SAP Support & Service Team, you are responsible for the end-to-end support of the SAP EWM and MM systems.

You act as the central contact person for key and end users and are an important part of the ASPIRE 1 Stop-Shop (1SS). You have a sound understanding of Warehouse Management (EWM), logistics for spare parts processes (MM/Spare Parts) and work closely with the business community to support and optimize IT applications and daily processes. In doing so, you act as a trusted contact person and mediator between the specialist departments (logistics/warehouse/spare parts management) and the global IT teams.

Additionally, you take on an important role in error analysis, user training, and the accompaniment of process improvements.

The perfect candidate:

As an ideal candidate, you bring a degree in business informatics or a logistics education as well as at least 3 years of experience in the support of SAP EWM, MM and S/4HANA. You possess sound process knowledge in intralogistics and sovereignly manage incident and change management at the interface between end users and 2nd-level support. With strong analytical skills, you resolve disruptions in ongoing warehouse operations quickly and actively participate in process optimizations. Fluent German and English skills as well as an agile, customer-oriented way of working - ideally supplemented by experience in the regulated GxP environment - round off your profile.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• End User Operation Support & Incident Management
• First-level support for SAP EWM, SAP MM (Spare Parts Management) and adjacent systems (on-site and partly remote).
• Troubleshooting and error rectification for S/4HANA, SAP EWM as well as adjacent IT systems (e.g., MGD, mobile data entry devices/scanners, warehouse automation interfaces).
• Central point of contact for end users and business stakeholders for IT-relevant questions and inquiries from the areas of storage, materials management and spare parts logistics.
• Interface to 2nd-level support and Global Team Support: Escalation of complex problems, support in clarifying inquiries and ticket tracking to ensure timely solutions.
• Process Support & Optimization
• Supporting end users in submitting new process improvement ideas, taking into account process dependencies (e.g., interface spare parts procurement MM to maintenance EAM) and system impacts.
• Change Management & Training
• Participation in change processes with system impacts, including description, coordination and testing of changes.

Must Haves:

• IT degree (Business Informatics) or a logistics/commercial education (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) with strong IT affinity
• 3+ years of experience with SAP R/3 as well as good knowledge in SAP S/4HANA (strong focus on SAP EWM and SAP MM / Spare Parts Management).
• Good process knowledge in intralogistics, warehouse management, goods receipt/dispatch, material flow as well as spare parts management / maintenance spare parts.
• Experience with support processes and tools for incident and change management (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical skills for error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving in ongoing warehouse and material operations.
• Very good technical documentation and communication skills in German and English.
• Strong customer orientation, agile mindset as well as high stability, flexibility and speed in finding solutions.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in pharmaceutical production or a comparable regulated industry (GxP environment an advantage).
