What you can achieve

• You develop and optimize our chat and voicebots based on modern Conversational AI and GenAI technologies
• You implement, integrate, and operate LLM-based solutions for customer service
• You develop intelligent AI solutions with RAG, Embeddings, and AI Agents to improve response quality and process automation
• You design prompts, guardrails, and quality mechanisms for powerful, secure, and compliant AI applications
• You optimize voicebot functions including ASR/TTS integration, call flows, and telephony processes
• You continuously analyze, test, and improve bot performance based on KPIs, user feedback, and AI evaluations
• You bring new functions from the idea to production together with architecture, security, DevOps, and business teams
• You implement new functions into the productive environment, ensure stable operation, and support in 3rd-level support

What you bring with you

• Higher education in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development, ideally with Python
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their productive use
• Know-how in at least one of the areas RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or Prompt Engineering, as well as knowledge in Guardrails
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or comparable AI or cloud platforms as well as API integrations
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, or GitOps and experience in productive operation and the further development of solutions
• Analytical and pragmatic way of working as well as very good German and good English skills
• Knowledge of chat and voicebot platforms, GenAIOps/MLOps, AI evaluation, voice interactions, as well as in the areas of security, audio streaming, data protection, and Responsible AI as an advantage
