What you drive * Strategic and operational advisory of managers in an assigned area in all personnel topics (onboarding, support, development, retention, compensation, offboarding). * Preparation and conducting of personnel discussions (conflict, disciplinary, and termination discussions or health discussions). * Processing of labor law cases (compliance) in coordination with internal and external partners. * Support and moderation of processes in the area of performance management and talent development. * Support and care for long-term sick employees in close cooperation with insurers for reintegration. * Participation in HR projects and support of initiatives in the area of change management, organizational and cultural development.
