Project information ###

Tasks ###

• Collaboration in daily operational business to analyze existing processes and workflows
• Recording, documentation and evaluation of business and service processes
• Identification of manual, recurring and inefficient activities
• Development of concepts for process automation and use of AI technologies
• Implementation and integration of automation and AI solutions in the service environment
• Collaboration with specialist departments and technical teams to optimize existing processes
• Integration of new solutions into existing ServiceNow and IT service management processes
• Definition and monitoring of key figures for measuring the success of optimization measures
• Creation of documentation, best practices and training materials
• Ensuring knowledge transfer within the organization

Profile ###

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or in a comparable role
• Knowledge or practical experience with ServiceNow
• Sound understanding of ITIL and SIAM processes
• Experience in the field of process automation and AI applications
• Strong analytical skills to identify optimization potential
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and document them comprehensibly
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High willingness to learn and interest in innovative technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and good English skills
