What you bring:

• You have a commercial or technical vocational training EFZ (E-/M-profile) and have ideally completed further training in accounting.
• You bring several years of professional experience and are interested in labor law topics.
• You are characterized by strong communicative skills in spoken and written language as well as high customer orientation.
• You are confident in using digital systems and MS Office applications.
• You work in a service-oriented manner, bring team spirit, and convince through a structured, independent, and precise way of working.

Your working environment

At the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, we enforce federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Employment Placement Act (AVG), and the Labor Act (ArG). The main tasks consist of supervising industry and commerce regarding occupational safety and health protection, advising and mediating job seekers, and paying unemployment benefits to entitled persons.
