Software Engineer - Technical Support (m/f/d) 80% - 100%

Are you enthusiastic about technical challenges and do you enjoy working at the interface between customers, partners and development? As part of our Customer Experience Team, you will support international partners in integrating modern mobile and cloud solutions, analyze complex technical issues and accompany integration projects from the initial connection to successful operation.

In doing so, you will be the primary technical contact for demanding support and integration topics and will work closely with our development and product teams.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical onboarding of international partners
• Technical support of partners during the integration of mobile wallet and LEGIC solutions within the framework of customer and integration projects
• Technical support for Cloud Services, Mobile SDKs and integration solutions
• Analysis and processing of complex technical support cases including error reproduction, root cause analysis and documentation
• Collaboration with development and product teams as a representative of the technical customer perspective
• Maintenance and further development of the technical knowledge base
• Support in the optimization of support and integration processes

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science (FH, HF) or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in technical support, Application Engineering, Systems Engineering or in software development
• Knowledge of Java or Swift for mobile development as well as experience with Rest API is an advantage
• Professional experience in the field of Cloud Services and/or mobile application development is an advantage
• Strong skills in technical analysis and structured troubleshooting
• Enjoyment of working with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
• High degree of personal responsibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills
