In this versatile role, you will undertake various activities in the areas of payroll, payroll administration, and social insurance for 100+ employees at various locations in Switzerland. You are responsible for payroll (Abacus) including monthly payroll runs as well as year-end activities, coordinate/monitor personnel budgets, and actively participate in the annual salary/bonus and profit-sharing processes. Furthermore, you take on tasks in payroll-related HR administration as well as in HR administration (e.g., entries and exits), and are the competent contact person for line managers regarding questions on labor/social insurance law as well as wage-relevant topics. Additionally, you are actively involved in various HR projects and support the Head HR diversely in daily business. To optimally master this exciting challenge, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring a relevant HR further education (e.g., specialist in social insurance, payroll specialist, HR specialist). You already bring several years of experience in payroll accounting including preparation/execution of payroll runs, which you have ideally gained in comparable functions with high autonomy in SMEs with various professional groups (e.g., industry, construction, research). You also have good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law. Additionally, you are a proficient MS Office user and have already gained sound practical experience in dealing with HRIS systems (especially Abacus). You communicate with style in German and can ideally also communicate in French/English. We are looking for an independent, analytically gifted, and proactive service-oriented personality who also maintains a cool head and a natural portion of humor during hectic times.
