What awaits you

• Professional management and advice to companies, insured persons and commercial partners within the framework of the administrative management of LPP
• Within the framework of the shared responsibility of a portfolio, management of priorities and processing of more complex operational processes, both at the level of the pension fund (such as the preparation of offers, subscription and conclusion of new business, the processing of partial liquidation, the processing of year-end, the collection and termination of the contract) and at the level of the insured person (such as the examination of risks, buy-ins, home ownership promotion, divorce, cash payments and the calculation of old-age pension)
• Management of processes in return from our sourcing partner
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of business processes and customer services
• Coordination and cooperation with internal services such as accounting, the benefits service, the collection service, our distribution channel and specialized services
• Coordination with external bodies such as the administrative services of the confederation, other pension institutions, lawyers and courts

What you bring

• Advisory skills and customer orientation: empathy, solution orientation and responsiveness
• Professional competence: experience in the administrative management of occupational pension schemes, obtaining a federal diploma or graduating from a higher business school is an asset
• Digital affinity and good IT skills
• Mastery of French
• Foreign language skills (D/E/I); at least one language at a very good level, each additional language would be an advantage
• Networking, quick understanding with an analytical mind
• Personal responsibility, decision-making spirit and resilience
