Your area of responsibility

• Strategic and operational HR support for the 7 assigned locations in northern and eastern Switzerland as well as sparring partner for managers and employees in all personnel-relevant topics
• Advising and accompanying managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management
• Proactive support for managers in labor law, organizational and leadership-related issues
• Accompanying change processes as well as participating in group-wide and local HR projects e.g. culture, values, engagement and employer attractiveness
• Advising the departments in the recruiting process as well as ensuring a professional candidate experience
• Supporting and coaching managers in topics such as employee appraisals, conflicts, absence management and team development
• Ensuring correct implementation of HR processes and guidelines in cooperation with the HR services team
• Close cooperation with HR service, payroll and talent acquisition partner
• Identifying HR needs and deriving suitable measures to support and further develop the organization

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training and further training in HR at the level of specialist or a completed degree in economics, work psychology or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in HR support
• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an HRM system (Abacus)
• Independent, service-oriented and exact way of working
• Enjoyment of contact with people, high discretion and ability to work in a team
