You will accompany customers professionally, coordinate different concerns, and move within a modern, digital Automotive environment with a lot of personal responsibility and short paths.

Customer Care Manager Automotive

What you will do

• You look after customers via telephone, email, and chat and ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
• You process inquiries, special cases, and escalations independently and find pragmatic solutions even in demanding situations.
• You coordinate orders and coordinate closely with internal specialist departments to ensure that processes function smoothly from A to Z.
• You accompany vehicle auctions and support customers with processes surrounding the digital trading platform.
• You keep an eye on customer and order data, billing, and reporting and contribute your ideas to the further development of service processes.

What you bring with you

• A commercial basic education and genuine joy in daily contact with customers.
• Interest in the automotive world and digital business models. Experience from the Automotive industry is a plus.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in lively situations.
• Initiative, organizational talent, and joy in finding solutions together in a team.
• German at native speaker level and very good French skills are mandatory for this position. Other languages are welcome.
