Job Description ##

The Pôle insertion socio-professionnelle (PINS), attached to the Direction de l'insertion et des solidarités (DIRIS) of the Direction générale de la cohésion sociale (DGCS), has the mission to develop and steer the cantonal socio-professional integration system for vulnerable populations through social integration measures (MIS), integration programs, and productive vocation workshops (AVP). In order to strengthen its skills, the PINS is looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead projects related to one or more areas of integration for social assistance beneficiaries, particularly in the field of socio-professional integration.
• Manage contracting and monitor the proper allocation of financial resources of PINS service providers in connection with the assigned areas.
• Advise, inform, and support social action partners, the management of service provider organizations, their hierarchy, the Head of Department, and any person concerned on the themes and projects entrusted.
• Present the systems to internal and external partners, as well as develop the networks necessary for the proper conduct of projects.
• Develop new projects in the field of integration for vulnerable populations.
• Ensure strategic monitoring regarding the assigned areas.

Qualifications ##

• Master's degree in humanities or a title deemed equivalent, required.
• Training in project management desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of integration.
• Good knowledge of the Administration cantonale vaudoise as well as integration partners and their functioning.
• Mastery of standard IT tools.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Sense of responsibility and public service ethics.
• Great rigor and precision.
• Strong spirit of mutual aid and solidarity.
• Global vision and sense of perspective.
• Ease in communication both in writing and orally.
