Our unit in Sales Mid-Office provides all operations services for BLKB from a single source. We are in direct contact with client advisors, clients and customers and support them through simple and professional services. We are looking for you to strengthen our team!

Your area of responsibility

You...

• process orders from our client advisors such as the opening and closing of private clients, the administration of powers of attorney, E-Banking & cards (creating, mutating, deleting) as well as processing inheritance processes /-positions
• create contract documents for customers, perform a careful quality control in accordance with instructions and regulations and take over the approval of the documents in the banking applications
• support and relieve the client advisors and are the first point of contact for technical, support and processing questions
• take care of written and telephone customer contact and ensure professional and customer-oriented processing of inquiries
• actively contribute to the further development of the Sales Mid-Office of BLKB
• process orders for KESB customers and are in direct contact with curators or authorities

Your profile

You...

• have completed banking training, several years of professional experience in the area of private clients and bring broad application knowledge in MS Office programs & banking applications (Avaloq, BSI, etc.)
• know the regulatory requirements in the banking sector and already have experience in processing KESB cases
• have a strong customer and service orientation, place the needs of customers at the center and appreciate contact with internal and external customers
• bring joy to administrative tasks and work in a structured, exact and reliable manner
• think proactively and solution-oriented in order to help shape new processes, optimize existing processes and thereby create optimal conditions for our customers as well as BLKB
