Your contribution to our team

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you accompany the entire recruitment process - from the assessment of needs to the signing of the contract. In close cooperation with our managers, you advise on questions regarding recruitment and personnel selection and support them in attracting suitable employees. From the creation and optimization of job profiles and job advertisements to the choice of suitable search and recruitment strategies and the targeted approach of potential candidates in Active Sourcing, you actively shape the entire process.

When selecting new employees, you take over the pre-selection, conduct interviews and suitability assessments, and coordinate applicant management. A positive Candidate Experience is central to this. At the same time, you ensure that interesting talents remain in view in the long term by maintaining and developing our talent pools. Collaboration with personnel service providers and other recruitment partners is also part of your area of responsibility.

To ensure our recruitment remains effective and can be continuously improved, you analyze relevant key figures and derive suitable measures from them. In addition, you contribute to employer branding and recruiting marketing activities and support the continuous development of our recruitment processes.

What you bring with you

• A commercial or business administration basic education supplemented by further training in HR, for example an HR specialist certificate or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or in Talent Acquisition as well as ideally complementary further training in the areas of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or personnel diagnostics
• A good sense for current recruitment trends and modern search methods as well as routine in dealing with applicant management systems (ATS)
• Sound experience in conducting interviews and selection processes as well as good knowledge of the legal foundations of labor law
• Strong communication and advisory skills, paired with a high service orientation and a pronounced understanding of the needs of internal and external customers
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a professional, convincing appearance
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills in spoken and written form very desirable
