What you can accomplish with us

• You lead interdisciplinary projects in the field of operational and technical infrastructure, for example in facility management, technical equipment, maintenance, security, access control, telephony as well as workstation and site infrastructure.
• You develop project ideas, analyze operational, technical and organizational needs and requirements, develop variants, business cases and decision bases, and accompany projects and initiatives from the realization of an idea to their success.
• You plan and accompany tenders and procurement procedures - from the elaboration of requirements and tender documents to the evaluation of offers, including awarding and implementation.
• You plan, steer and control projects in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, risks and deliverables, and ensure transparent reporting.
• You coordinate internal departments as well as external specialist planners, suppliers and other partners, and ensure that the different requirements and interests are met in the project.
• You work in close collaboration with specialized departments as well as internal and external stakeholders, facilitate workshops and accompany change processes.
• You question solution approaches, identify cross-functional potentials and synergies, and develop solid decision bases for sustainable, safe and economical solutions. You ensure that legal requirements, security standards and technical standards are respected.

The skills that matter to us

• Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in facility management or a comparable technical training. Alternatively, you have several years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• You possess in-depth knowledge in project management and have experience in the successful implementation of technical or operational infrastructure projects.
• You think analytically, recognize the needs behind operational and technical requirements and develop viable and economical solution approaches.
• You communicate convincingly, involve different stakeholder groups and know how to successfully coordinate expectations and interests.
• You have a good understanding of technical and operational contexts and move confidently at the interfaces between facility management, technical service, ICT and external specialist partners. You do not need to be a specialist in all areas.
• You work autonomously, assume responsibility and maintain an overview of priorities, risks and dependencies even in demanding projects.
• Ideally, you have experience with tenders and procurement procedures as well as knowledge in risk, quality or contract management.
• We are a bilingual company (German-French), so good knowledge of the other language is an advantage.
