Your tasks ##

• Trusted interlocutor for managers and employees on HR matters
• Autonomous design, management and monitoring of efficient HR processes throughout the HR life cycle - from onboarding to departure
• Ensuring a smooth flow of data and documents as well as consistent and compliant processing of HR processes
• Active participation in project and process management for the continuous optimization and digitalization of our HR processes
• Close collaboration with our HR business partners, recruitment & administration as well as with other interfaces within the SFS group

Your profile ##

• In-depth training in HR (e.g. HR professional certificate, HR manager) or university degree with HR specialization, supplemented by knowledge of Swiss labor law and an understanding of global economic contexts
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration or in a shared HR service
• Strong digital affinity and assured mastery of HR software - preferably Workday, SAP
• Fluent command of German and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong solution orientation and ability to link HR topics to business needs
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and confidence to act appropriately at all hierarchical levels
