In this versatile role, you will be the central contact person for HR topics at the Frauenfeld location and will work closely with the decentralized HR team.

Your future field of activity ##

• First point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics at the Frauenfeld location
• Deputizing for the Senior HR Specialist in payroll processing and associated processes
• Co-responsibility for HR administration throughout the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit
• Responsibility for the creation of work certificates, employment confirmations, and other personnel-relevant documents
• Maintenance and administration of personnel data in the HR systems as well as ensuring high data quality
• Co-support of time recording and expense management (incl. temporary employees)
• Administrative support in care & case management as well as on social security law topics
• Participation in recruitment processes at the Frauenfeld location as well as occasional support for the HR Business Partners
• Assumption of general administrative tasks at the Frauenfeld location, such as reception work or the ordering and management of office supplies

Why you will succeed ##

• Commercial basic training with further training in the field of Human Resources (e.g., HR Assistant or HR Specialist)
• Experience in the areas of social insurance and payroll
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High service orientation, empathy, and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of working in a small team in Frauenfeld and with decentralized HR colleagues
• Proficient German and good English skills (at least B2)
• Readiness for regular assignments in Steffisburg (1-2 days per month)
