HR Technology Project Manager

As HR Technology Project Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of HR technology initiatives and larger changes with a focus on the further development of Workday. You translate the digitalization needs of the HR areas into actionable solutions, projects, or roadmaps and coordinate the implementation with internal IT departments and external providers. In doing so, you ensure that solutions are economical, secure, high-quality, and sustainably operable. In this way, you contribute to simple, customer-oriented, and efficient HR processes.

• End-to-end responsibility from requirement to introduction and handover to operations
• Responsibility for at least one Workday module including analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and optimization
• Technologies in use: Workday, application programming interfaces (APIs), interfaces, data flows, workflow automation, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, testing, release, and introduction processes, security and governance requirements
• You coordinate integrations between Workday and adjacent systems with IT, architecture, and security, as well as external implementation partners
• Place of work Zürich or Bern, permanent, full-time, start from 1 December 2026 or earlier

Your Skills

• Several years of experience in HR technology project management and in the end-to-end management of implementations, releases, and larger changes
• Sound knowledge of modern HR technologies, ideally practical experience with Workday in a company-wide HR system landscape
• Good understanding of integrations, application programming interfaces, interfaces, and data flows, as well as testing, release, and introduction processes
• Experience in operational provider management and in cooperation with internal IT functions and external implementation partners
• Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or equivalent relevant practical experience
• High level of initiative and enjoyment in co-creation; you actively participate in analysis, solution design, testing, and continuous optimization
• Strong methodological competence in classical, agile, and hybrid projects; you choose the approach suitable to context, complexity, and stakeholders
• Distinct consulting, communication, and stakeholder management competence; you communicate in a target-group-oriented manner with management, specialist departments, and key persons
• Very good German and English in spoken and written form
