ICT Support Specialist

In this role, you will significantly support the ICT infrastructures and networks of customers via remote support at the Bassersdorf location and ensure the operation of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will process support cases and customer requests from 1st to 3rd level, proactively monitor system performance, and perform error analyses. In doing so, you will be in regular exchange with your team colleagues and responsible contact persons on the customer side. With your technical expertise, reliability, and fast reaction speed, you ensure high customer satisfaction in remote operations and professionally accompany change management processes.

You have completed an IT vocational training (EFZ) and bring several years of experience in system technology and ICT support, preferably in an IT consulting company. Sound knowledge of Microsoft products as well as client, network, and server solutions (on-premises and cloud), supplemented by broad knowledge in virtualization, cyber security, and storage, distinguish you. You work independently, structured, and customer-oriented, convince through communication strength and very good German and Swiss German skills.
