Key Account Manager - DACH Region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)

Desired profile:

• Technical or commercial training, with a good understanding of electronics or semiconductors. * Proven experience in key account management or the sale of B2B technical solutions. * Good knowledge of the DACH market and its business practices; a professional network in this region is an asset. * Excellent command of German and good command of English; French is an asset. * Ability to build lasting relationships and coordinate multiple interlocutors on complex projects. * Negotiation skills, results orientation, and attention to profitability. * Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit. * Availability for occasional travel, mainly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (approx. 10 days / year). Main responsibilities:
• Manage and retain a portfolio of strategic clients in the DACH region. + Understand the technical and commercial needs of clients in order to propose suitable solutions. + Develop development plans per account and identify growth opportunities. + Coordinate the preparation of offers with the sales department and technical teams, conduct negotiations, and ensure commercial follow-up. + Transmit client needs to engineers and contribute to the launch and planning of projects. + Participate in the preparation of budgets and sales forecasts. + Maintain the CRM and ensure regular reporting to management. + Contribute to marketing actions and represent the company at trade fairs and client meetings, mainly in the DACH region. + Participate in ISO processes and the continuous improvement of practices and documentation in your field.
