Business Analyst Processes Private Customers

• Identification of pain points and efficiency potentials through the analysis of support cases and operational processes, as well as conception, coordination and support of improvement measures to optimize processes and supporting systems

• Creation and maintenance of functional test cases as well as execution of functional, regression and end-to-end tests

What you bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry.
• Further training in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field is an advantage
• Experience in the analysis of functional issues, processes and operational problems as well as enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions
• Experience in the creation of functional test cases and in the functional testing of business applications, ideally in an insurance or financial service provider environment
• Independent way of working, teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
• High communication skills as well as the ability to mediate between the specialist department and IT
• Very good German skills in spoken and written; Italian skills are an advantage
