• You provide 1st-level support for our customers – via telephone, email, and remote maintenance – and achieve a high first-solution rate.
• You analyze, solve, and document user problems in a structured and traceable manner.
• You provide support in basic Microsoft 365 support: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• You take over identity topics for individual users – Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSPR as well as password and account concerns.
• You take care of endpoint basics (Intune, enrollment status), manage access rights, and assign licenses.
• You work according to ITIL processes in ServiceNow, escalate in a structured manner to the 2nd level, and stay with the ticket until it is resolved.
• You create documentation and checklists and actively maintain our knowledge base.
• You work together with third-party providers and keep internal processes up to date.
• You take over administrative tasks, create evaluations, and maintain our Dynamics 365.
• You have completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or a comparable training; further training at HF/FH level is an advantage or already planned.
• You bring several years of professional experience as a Cloud or Azure Engineer as well as profound knowledge in the Microsoft Azure environment.
• You have profound knowledge in Azure Compute and Storage, Azure Networking, Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC, as well as practical experience in backup and restore operations and in Azure Monitor.
• You have experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Git workflows and have already successfully implemented demanding Azure and cloud migration projects in complex environments.
• You are confident in using PowerShell and Azure CLI and use automation and standardization purposefully to optimize processes and services.
• Knowledge in Azure Policy and Governance, Azure Site Recovery, Cost Management, Microsoft Defender for Cloud as well as experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure DevOps Pipelines or hybrid scenarios are an advantage. Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500 or AZ-400 are a plus.
• You are ready to participate in on-call duty on a rotational basis.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, convince through your customer and service orientation, and communicate confidently. You have stylish German and good English skills; French is an additional plus.
