The Role * Case Clarification & Finding Solutions: You analyze complaint cases precisely and find efficient and customer-oriented solutions

• Reclamation process: For unjustified card charges, you process reclamations in accordance with the applicable Visa and Mastercard guidelines and perform financial postings
• Multilingual communication: You process customer inquiries by telephone and in writing in German, French and English – Italian is a plus
• Special cases: You answer special requests such as authority inquiries or complaints
• Process development: You contribute your ideas and thus actively help shape our processes and workflows

What we want * Language proficiency: Good to very good oral as well as written German, French and English skills (Italian an advantage)

• Communication strength: You convince through clear, empathetic and professional communication and always maintain calm and overview even in challenging conversations
• Sense of responsibility: You work reliably and independently, like to take on responsibility and promote open, transparent communication in the team
• Digital affinity: You are proficient in common MS Office programs, are open to new technologies and are ideally interested in digital banking products
• Education: Commercial basic training or industry experience an advantage, but not a must – more important is that you are ready to continuously develop professionally and personally
