What awaits you

• Independent processing of benefit cases within the framework of occupational provident (LPP) in case of disability and death
• Legal and medical examination of benefit requests, requesting necessary documents, determination of benefits due as well as establishment of the benefit statement
• Written and telephone contact with external clients (insured, employers, doctors, legal representatives and other social insurances)
• Coordination of benefits with the health or accident insurer as well as with the disability insurance (AI)
• Administration of ongoing pensions and periodic verification of rights (revisions)
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes

What you bring

• Benefit of a CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the field of claims of a social insurance or several years of experience in the second pillar (a federal diploma would be an asset)
• Interest in the analysis and development of processes
• Perfect command of French (oral and written)
• Knowledge of German or English s
