Head of Healthcare Staffing Baar

For our team in Baar (ZG), we are looking for an experienced personality as Head of Healthcare Staffing starting February 1, 2027, or by arrangement, who will independently lead and further develop our entire personnel leasing business. You determine your own workload between 50 and 100 %. You design your working hours flexibly and independently, coordinated with the requirements of the business unit. After the induction period, remote work is possible.

What awaits you in this task

• You bear the technical, operational, and economic responsibility for our personnel leasing
• You manage our existing customer network in the Swiss healthcare system and further develop the cooperation
• You are responsible for the planning, placement, and coordination of temporary personnel assignments
• You manage the cooperation with our recruiting department, rental department, and our back office
• You keep an eye on capacity utilization, margins, and assignment quality and ensure compliance with legal and contractual specifications

What you bring with you

• Experience in Swiss personnel leasing is mandatory
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is mandatory. You know the professional groups, qualifications, and requirements of healthcare institutions
• Business administration understanding, especially for wages, tariffs, and margins
• Confident handling of digital systems and openness to AI-supported work processes
