With your friendly and empathetic manner, you assist and advise our customers on the telephone in French and German. In doing so, they and their needs are at the center of your daily work. Because listening is our strength.

Your tasks

• Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries in German and as a deputy in French
• Scheduling appointments for hearing tests, consultation talks, or service appointments in one of our hearing centers
• Contacting existing and new customers as part of marketing measures, such as follow-up actions
• Address recording, master data maintenance, and other administrative tasks

Your profile

• German as a native language
• French skills at level B2 an advantage
• Professional experience in customer service and/or call center
• Customer- and solution-oriented way of working
• Good PC user skills
